Please note that due to a significant renovation project planned for Sønderpark, the waiting list for the entire housing association has been paused starting January 1, 2021. This suspension affects waiting times for both current residents and new applicants, as tenants will need to be temporarily relocated across all departments within the housing society. When units become available that are not involved in the relocation process, they will be leased out through the usual procedures.

Residents can utilize one of the designated parking areas nearby and then walk the short distance to their apartments.

Those living in Ringsted Almene Boligselskab have the opportunity to reach out to the Community Guides, who assist in identifying local groups and activities that align with personal interests and are in close proximity to one's home.
