I lead a lifestyle focused on dancing, healthy eating, and high-energy living, so I’m hoping to find a tenant who shares these qualities. Being vegetarian is a non-negotiable requirement.

The apartment is situated in the Gl. Sydhavnen neighborhood, just a five-minute walk from both the M4 line and Sjælør station, offering convenient access to the city center within 15 minutes. Nearby, you’ll find the Valby Park with its large rose garden and a charming café, as well as a public library close by. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the easy access to Sydhavnstippen.

In terms of practical details, laundry facilities are located in the basement and require booking a time slot. You’ll have your own tap card to add credit, with each wash costing about 16 DKK, and you must bring your own detergent. The apartment has two bedrooms; we share the entrance, kitchen, and bathroom, the latter being relatively new, which is why I emphasize keeping these common areas clean and orderly.

Your room includes a closet for storing belongings, a single bed, a sofa, and a dining table with chairs. You are welcome to bring your own bed if preferred. I work in both a daycare and as a healer, so maintaining a peaceful and well-cared-for home environment is very important to me.
