The unit includes a separate kitchenette and a private bathroom, plus access to a balcony or terrace. The building has an elevator, and there is the possibility to arrange parking. Monthly rent is DKK 8,700 on a rolling monthly tenancy.

Upfront costs: a security deposit equal to three months’ rent, as well as the first month’s rent and one month paid in advance. The offer is aimed at young tenants aged 18–35. Applicants listed in RKI (debt register) are not eligible, and pets are prohibited.
