I am seeking a female tenant for my apartment, which is relatively small, and since I am also a woman, I prefer to rent to another female. The space available is a bright, fully furnished room measuring 13 m², located within my 53 m² apartment situated in the charming area of Christianshavn in Copenhagen.

The room is ideal for someone with modest cooking needs since there is no access to the main kitchen. Simple meals can be prepared directly in the room, which is equipped with quality furnishings, including a queen-sized bed, a fridge with a mini-freezer compartment, a combination microwave and oven, and a kettle. Maintaining a peaceful and clean living environment is essential, especially regarding the shared bathroom, which must always be kept immaculate. If you naturally keep a very tidy home, value tranquility, and live independently, we would likely get along well.

House rules include no smoking, no parties, and no overnight guests. For activities like streaming or listening to music, we both keep the volume low or use headphones to avoid disturbing each other. Since my sleeping area is quite sensitive to noise, it would be appreciated if bathroom routines generally conclude by around 10 or 10:30 PM to ensure a good night's rest.

The apartment's location is highly convenient, just a two-minute walk from Christianshavn metro station. You will be in close proximity to shops, cafes, the waterfront, canals, green spaces, and cobblestone streets, with minimal traffic creating a serene atmosphere. This neighborhood is also noted for its picturesque, colorful historic houses.

A bit about me: I am a 51-year-old commercial photographer with interests in animals, nature, Norway, podcasts, psychology, and yoga. I share my home with a sweet little dog and am known to be quite friendly.

A CPR number is required for tenancy. The rent is 4,900 DKK per month. Between October and March, heating expenses for your room are billed separately, approximately 300 DKK monthly, and the water costs for the bathroom are shared, with your portion around 100 DKK per month.
