I am seeking a female tenant, preferably someone who plans to stay for a couple of years. Since the apartment is compact and I am also female, I'm specifically interested in renting to a woman or female commuter.

I am offering a bright and fully equipped 13 m² room within my 53 m² apartment located in the charming area of Christianshavn, Copenhagen.

This space is designed for minimal cooking needs, as there is no access to the main kitchen. However, basic meals can be easily prepared inside the room, which comes furnished with high-quality pieces, including a queen-sized bed, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a combination microwave/oven, and an electric kettle.

Compatibility is very important to me. I prioritize a quiet, clean, and harmonious living environment, especially when it comes to maintaining the bathroom in immaculate condition. If you naturally prefer a spotless space, value peace and quiet, and lead an independent lifestyle, this arrangement will likely suit us both well.

The house rules stipulate a non-smoking environment, and no parties or overnight guests are allowed. When listening to music, streaming, or similar activities, both of us only use headphones or keep the volume low enough so that it cannot be heard by the other.

Because my sleeping area is particularly sensitive to noise, I would appreciate it if we could finish bathroom-related activities by 10 PM to ensure a restful night. This small gesture means a lot-thank you for understanding.

The apartment's location is outstanding, being just a two-minute walk from the Christianshavn metro station. You'll find yourself close to shops, cafés, the waterfront, picturesque canals, green spaces, cobblestone streets, and minimal traffic, all contributing to a peaceful and calm neighborhood. The area is also noted for its beautiful, colorful historic homes.

A little about me: I am 51 years old and work as a commercial photographer. I enjoy animals, nature, Norway, podcasts, car overnight stays, and yoga. I live with a small, sweet dog and have been described as quite friendly.

Proof of CPR registration is required to rent this room. The monthly rent is 4,650 DKK. Between October and March, heating costs for the room are billed separately and typically amount to around 300 DKK per month. Water expenses for the bathroom are shared, with your approximate portion being 100 DKK monthly.
