Solviften comprises a total of 80 Swan-labelled apartments distributed across 6 point blocks designed by Tranberg Arkitekter. Each point block contains three different apartment types, and all types feature a bright, spacious living room with an integrated kitchen. The homes are fitted with underfloor heating to provide extra comfort and a pleasant indoor climate. Apartments of the same type can show minor variations in BBR-areas and in the placement of windows, and the apartment layout may be mirrored depending on where the unit is located within the building.

Every apartment includes a private outdoor space in the form of an enclosed balcony that can be used as a conservatory with room for a café table so you can follow the seasons outside; on warm days the glass panels can be slid aside to create an open space. There are parking spaces on the parking area near the homes, as well as bicycle parking, plus additional parking spaces to ensure ample room for guests. Residents also receive a practical storage shed located with the parking area for items not used daily.
