The Solviften complex consists of 80 Swan-labeled apartments spread across six distinct tower buildings, all designed by Tranberg Architects. Within each of these six buildings, you will find three different types of apartments. Each unit features a bright and spacious living room combined with an integrated kitchen area. To enhance comfort and promote a pleasant indoor climate, the apartments are equipped with underfloor heating. It is important to note that apartments of the same type may vary slightly in terms of official living area as registered in the BBR and the arrangement of windows. Additionally, floor plans might be mirrored depending on the apartment's specific location within the building.

Every individual apartment offers a private outdoor space in the form of a balcony, which is enclosed and can function as a sunroom. This space is designed to accommodate a small café table, allowing residents to enjoy views throughout the seasons. On warmer days, sliding glass panels can be opened to transform the balcony into an open-air area. Parking facilities include designated spaces adjacent to the residential buildings as well as bicycle parking. Additional guest parking spots are also available to ensure ample space for visitors. Solviften further provides each resident with a personal storage shed located near the parking area, suitable for storing items not used daily. Every tower building is fitted with elevators and mailboxes placed in the entrance areas, and waste collection stations will be established within the neighborhood.
