I am offering a bright, cozy and spacious room for rent in a well-maintained apartment. The room measures 12 square meters and provides space for both living and a work or study area. It is furnished with a bed, a desk and a wardrobe, and features large windows plus a door that opens onto a balcony facing east. The apartment sits in a quiet neighbourhood with the 5C, 2A, and 350S buses stopping right outside the front door, and Utterslev Mose is only a stone's throw away.

My name is Anders, I am 23 years old and I am about to begin my third gap year after completing my HF. I have experience living with others from attending both a boarding school and a folk high school, and I have also been both a tenant and a landlord. There is access to a laundry room, although I typically use the washing machine in the apartment. The monthly rent is 5.000 DKK and includes water, electricity and internet.
