The youth housing units at Fruelundsvej are situated centrally in Ringe and primarily consist of single-story terraced houses. Each pair of homes shares a common entrance area equipped with wardrobe lockers, while each unit has its own separate main entrance. In addition to these, Fruelundsvej features Building E, a former two-story poorhouse containing seven larger apartments spread across both floors. Each dwelling comprises one room with a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator-freezer, separate hotplates, and an extractor hood. The bathrooms are spacious and fitted with vinyl flooring, with the bathrooms in units E6 and E7 boasting a window.
