Campus Køge comprises 72 public youth apartments completed in spring 2020 and managed by the housing association udlejer Køge. The complex contains 32 two-room units and 40 one-room units, of which four one-room apartments are designated as accessibility units. Apartment sizes range from 37 to 50 m2. The building varies in height between two and four storeys and features planting that climbs up the façade. On the ground floor there is a common house with a laundry; this common house connects directly to the rest of the campus area and to a larger outdoor space with shared facilities. The main pedestrian and cycle route between the campus and Køge town runs through the building at the common house.

The two-room apartments are laid out so they can function as a generous, light-filled kitchen/living area, or an additional wall can be installed to create a smaller kitchen with a dining space and two distinct rooms. These two-room units include a French balcony and a window with a seating niche. The one-room apartments are fitted with French balconies. Facing the motorway and the railway, the access galleries are screened with expanded metal; these screens, which accommodate the through-path connection, are executed with variation in opening sizes to introduce visual variety to an otherwise strict façade towards the motorway and the railway.
