The development at Eg Holm Park consists of 38 newly built single-story terraced houses completed by the landlord Hedensted in October 2024. These homes are arranged in rows containing either two or four units and are available in two-, three-, and four-room layouts measuring 82, 91, and 105 square meters respectively.

Each residence features an open-plan kitchen directly connected to a bright dining area and living room, which leads out onto a spacious terrace.
