We are looking for a new member in our small collective of 4 people in Christianshavn, starting from August 1st (could potentially be flexible before or after).

The apartment we are sharing is located in Applebys Plads, next to Lille Langebro to reach the centre in a few seconds and close to Island Brygge to go swimming during the summer ;)

You will be sharing a very modern (built in December 2018) and spacious 139 m2 flat with a large living room and open kitchen, two bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and a large balcony facing west (great “Instagram sunsets”).

Your future room can be furnished (flexible to your needs) and has an area of 12 m2, your share of the total rent will be 5800,- DKK (including utilities & internet), calculated over principles of fairness and transparency.

You will be welcomed by Vianney (French, 37, with a heart SO big that it only matches his “survival in the nature” spirit, making him the person you really want around during an apocalypse), Alessandro (Italian, 39, chili enthusiast with a passion for building stuff and automation. He is always up for passionate debate and makes the house full of laughter everyday), and Henning (German, 26, biochemist and tinkerer, attempted jack of all trades with a passion for sustainability and painting), all quite active socially and with common interests such as sport (volleyball, climbing, hiking), board games, movies, concerts, and DIY projects for the flat.

We hope to achieve a close relationship in which we can share experiences, good moments and bad moments, all with a family-like attitude. Hence, we value open communication, open doors (sometimes) and social events amongst us (when possible). We enjoy making food and eating together, whenever possible. “Sharing is caring” is the overarching philosophy.
All in all we strive to bring our personal life to the table, for others to share if they feel like it :)

Who are you?
We are looking for someone in their late 20’s or 30’s, someone that embraces our philosophy and is willing to engage with positive energy, showing care for people and for the apartment, staying for medium to long term.
