Within the complex, there are also four youth dwellings. The properties are well-maintained, and the community includes a shared clubhouse as well as communal laundry facilities.

To qualify for a youth dwelling through the Faaborg-Midtfyn Housing Association, applicants must be actively engaged in education-whether attending school, enrolled in an apprenticeship, or similar-and must present proof of enrollment at the time of signing the lease. The rental agreement is limited in duration, concluding once the educational program ends.

Located in the town of Ryslinge, the development benefits from proximity to amenities such as shops, a school, and a kindergarten.
