In the youth housing at Enebærvej 25 and 27, kitchens are separate, whereas the other youth accommodations have kitchens integrated with the living rooms. Flooring throughout is predominantly beech parquet, providing a bright surface, and from the living rooms there is direct access to the garden. In the residences on Enebærvej 13 to 17, ash parquet floors are found, along with garden access from both living rooms and bedrooms. Attractive communal outdoor spaces, including picnic tables and playgrounds featuring zip lines, enhance the environment. A limited number of carports are linked to the Løvsangervej and Revlingestien locations and can be rented when available. Safe pedestrian pathways connect Perikumvej and Revlingestien directly to the town center, schools, and childcare institutions.

The residences on Enebærvej, constructed in 1990 as single- or two-level terraced houses made of red brick, sit in Aabybro's eastern district within a residential neighborhood characterized by extensive green spaces and a secure network of paths leading directly to the central town area, schools, and daycare facilities. The development includes an engaging playground equipped with a zip line sturdy enough for adults to use, as well as picnic table sets scattered throughout the property.

The areas of Bindeleddet, Hjorthsvej, Tegleværksvej, Sundbyvej, Stationsvej, Vadumvej, Anlægsvej, and Kildevangen consist of closely built low-rise housing in various sizes.
