These terraced houses, situated in Hårslev amid peaceful surroundings with open fields as neighbours, each offer a private garden and terrace. Some homes retain the original kitchen with wooden elements, all necessary white goods and space for a personal dishwasher, while others - the remaining row houses built in the early 2000s - present very attractive rooms with large light-giving windows and solid wood floors. In some properties there is an older bathroom and neat rooms with fitted wardrobes. A washing machine can be placed in the utility room and the tumble dryer is accommodated in the associated shed; other units feature a large, pleasant bathroom with a light tiled floor, shower and toilet, together with a roomy, bright utility room suitable for both washer and dryer. The quality kitchen units have light wood fronts, a cooker, extractor hood and a fridge-freezer and provide a pleasant view of the surrounding nature. There is access to the cosy garden both from the bedroom and from the living room, and communal sheds belong to these homes. Residents also have use of the extensive green common areas, which include a playground.

The housing association comprises a combined department of family homes, senior homes, elderly homes and care homes. Boligselskabet ABCD Nordfyn is located in calm, attractive countryside about 20 km from Odense C and consists of inviting, bright dwellings in terraced houses and apartments distributed across the villages of Søndersø, Særslev, Hårslev, Morud, Veflinge and Skamby. Tenants are welcome to hire one of the association's many common rooms, and there are good parking options at all properties. In Søndersø, centrally placed on Northwest Funen, there is a cosy senior community of red brick terraced houses from 2003; the adjoining common rooms may be borrowed free of charge for celebrations. There is parking close to the dwellings, a shared shed for bicycles and mopeds, and each home also has its own shed. These row houses are surrounded by pleasant green common areas with a flagpole and a communal terrace equipped with tables, chairs and a parasol. The department's handicap-friendly homes are located in Morud, Veflinge and Særslev, set among attractive green communal areas with picnic table-and-bench sets. Residents may rent the association's common rooms, and with permission from the service centre one pet may be kept, but no new animals may be acquired.

The care home is sited in a lovely green area in Søndersø where residents can use the pleasant communal green spaces with picnic table-and-bench sets; there are shared rooms and the option to hire one of the association's common facilities. The care home Vesterled offers bright, handicap-friendly units with small kitchenettes including a small fridge with a freezer compartment; the large bathroom affords space for, for example, a rollator or wheelchair, and there is access to a private small terrace as well as to green common areas. In Otterup, the terraced houses lie in lovely countryside 15 km from Odense, surrounded by green communal areas; every dwelling has its own shed and direct access to either a garden or a terrace, and there are good parking facilities close to the homes. The department has a common room with space for 24 people and tenants may also borrow the association's other common rooms. On Damløkken it is permitted to bring an already acquired pet but not to acquire new pets during the tenancy; on Hedemarken keeping pets is not allowed. Kirkestræde is a charming old half-timbered building in three storeys, built around 1870, with character and a cosy courtyard where you can enjoy summer evenings at the provided tables and chairs; the property includes a communal bicycle shed and a communal tool store, and it has a parking area for eight cars with additional parking available on nearby roads. Hårslev is a small, pleasant village located about 8 km from Søndersø town centre, which offers functioning childcare, schools and grocery shops.
