Please note that due to an extensive renovation planned for Sønderpark, the waiting list for the entire housing association has been put on hold starting January 1, 2021. This pause results in longer waiting times for both internal and external applicants since residents need to be temporarily relocated across all departments within the housing company. When vacant apartments arise that are unrelated to the relocation process, these will be rented out as usual.

Sønderpark itself is lively, reflected in the wealth of club activities available within the housing area. The residences are designed as multi-storey buildings situated in a quiet, park-like environment. Residents can conveniently park their cars at designated parking spaces nearby and then walk a short distance to their homes.

The diverse urban life of Ringsted and the local train station are located just 900 meters from Sønderpark. The housing division benefits from its own property manager and a large, well-maintained shared laundry facility.

Within Ringsted, there are numerous community groups that residents of the housing association can join. As a tenant of Ringsted Almene Boligselskab, you have access to the Community Guides, who assist in identifying nearby groups and activities tailored to your interests and needs. Residents are encouraged to reach out via text or phone call for advice and support in starting new activities or community gatherings.
