The property complex comprises 26 rental units designed specifically for young residents, constructed between 1986 and 1990. Within the premises, there is a communal hall available for rent alongside a laundry facility.

Situated in a single-story building in the heart of Bramming, these apartments are ideally positioned for students. The train station lies approximately 600 meters away, while the town center is just 200 meters from the location.

The accommodation includes one- and two-room rental apartments intended for young students. Each unit is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and an extractor hood. If the apartment is pre-wired for a dishwasher, washing machine, or tumble dryer, tenants may connect these appliances themselves. Should the installation require more than mere connection—such as additional plumbing or electrical work—this must only be carried out after obtaining written authorization from the housing association and at the tenant’s own expense. Water consumption expenses are covered by the rent.

Cable television and internet outlets are fitted in the apartments, allowing residents to select their preferred service provider for TV channels, internet speeds, and pricing. Additionally, there is a small shared terrace located near Nørregade for communal use.

This housing complex is particularly suited to young students. At the annual meeting attended by all residents, decisions regarding the operation and rent of the complex are collectively arranged.

Tenants have complete freedom to furnish and decorate their apartments as they desire. Should improvements be made, they may receive compensation of up to 100,000 DKK upon moving out. Maintenance of the green outdoor areas and minor apartment repairs are handled by the on-site caretaker. An inspector is also appointed to oversee the ongoing upkeep of the entire facility.
