This project involves the creation of contemporary apartments and practical living spaces, the majority of which offer step-free access on a single level. The layout and arrangement are carefully designed to maximize usable living and leisure areas.

Inside the residences, one finds beautifully lacquered oak floors. Kitchens and bathrooms are equipped with high-quality installations from JKE Design, including sliding doors on all connected cabinetry. The appliances are of premium standard, and the bathrooms feature wall-hung toilets, among other refined details.

The development takes place within a historic building that served as Skanderborg Town Hall for many years. Through a sensitive renovation and conversion, 20 attractive dwellings have been established in a central part of Skanderborg. These homes are ideal for individuals seeking to live right in the heart of the city, granting easy access to shops and situated within walking distance of pharmacies, medical services, as well as the town’s restaurants and cultural venues.

Originally constructed in 1895 as the old city school of Skanderborg, the property has undergone continuous expansions and refurbishments. In 1920, it was repurposed as the Skanderborg Town Hall, adding to its historical significance.

Positioned in Skanderborg’s historic district, the property benefits from a unique location near the lake and forest while being integrated into the city's core amenities.
