We have a nice spacious bathroom, large living room, open kitchen, entrance hall and balcony. In addition, we are 10 minutes' walk from Amager Strandpark, metro station and shopping facilities, and 15-20 minutes by bike to the inner city.

We are looking for a tenant who is nice and down to earth - preferably the same age and does not smoke. We're up for cozy living in the living room and a party once in a while, but we also appreciate that there must be room to have peace in everyday life and one's own company.
