This four-room apartment is entered via a compact foyer with dedicated space for coats and other outerwear. The residence includes a main bedroom with built-in wardrobe space and two additional rooms located adjacent to the bedroom. The bathroom is executed in a timeless, minimalist style with tiles on the floor and tiles in the shower niche, and it features underfloor heating as well as a washer-dryer column. Throughout the remainder of the apartment there are attractive oak floors and underfloor heating. The kitchen/dining area contains a modern white Svane kitchen equipped with all major appliances, and there is room for a combined dining and living setup that opens directly onto the balcony, where coffee can be enjoyed.

The apartments are designed around the Simple Living concept, which primarily focuses on giving you calm and headspace to concentrate on the few but important things in life; it is about living with as few possessions as possible and only owning what you need for everyday life.
