Looking for a roommate from august 1st 2026

Starting August 1, 2026, a new roommate is wanted for our small shared apartment on Lygten. The flat, situated on Bisiddervej in København NV, lies under a ten-minute walk from Nørrebro Station and is even closer to Bispebjerg Station. The building is positioned directly above a Lidl supermarket, with various charming cafés, bars, and convenient stores nearby, such as Nørrebro Bycenter, Lygtens Kro, and Åbenbar.

Covering approximately 110 square meters, the apartment features three bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and an open-concept kitchen and living area. There are also two outstanding terraces equipped with a sauna and an ice bath, one facing east and the other west, offering ideal spots for morning coffee, barbecues, and sunbathing throughout the day. The flat includes both a dishwasher and a washing machine for added convenience.

The available bedroom measures 14.5 square meters and consists of two adjoining rooms. It comes with a wardrobe and offers the possibility to take over some furniture if desired. You would be sharing the apartment with Oliver (29) and Liv (33), both engineers by profession. Our household combines social occasions like cooking, barbecuing, drinks, and late evenings on the terraces with mutual respect for privacy and quiet moments.

While we prefer a roommate between 25 and 40 years old, we remain open to anyone who feels they would integrate well into our home. Registration with CPR is possible.
