In Ringsted Housing Association's largest division, community life is vibrant and active.

Please note that due to an extensive renovation project planned for Sønderpark, the waiting list for the entire association has been put on hold starting January 1, 2021. This pause leads to longer wait times for both internal and external applicants, as residents must be temporarily relocated across all housing units within the association. When vacancies arise that are unrelated to the rehousing process, those apartments will be leased out under standard procedures.

Sønderpark itself is lively, with a rich array of club activities contributing to the strong sense of community within the neighborhood. The housing consists of multi-story buildings situated in a quiet, park-like environment. Parking is conveniently available on designated lots throughout the area, allowing residents to leave their vehicles nearby and walk easily to their homes.

The diverse amenities and urban life of Ringsted are within close reach, with the town center and train station located only 900 meters from Sønderpark. The division benefits from having its own property manager as well as a large, well-managed shared laundry facility.

Various communal opportunities are available throughout Ringsted

The Ringsted Housing Association offers numerous community groups that residents can join. Those living in the association have access to the Community Guides, who provide assistance in identifying which social groups exist, which ones fit individual interests and needs, and which are situated close to home. Residents are encouraged to contact the Community Guides by phone or text message for advice and support if they wish to initiate a new activity or form a community group.

The phone line is open for inquiries from Monday to Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., with option 1 enabling direct connection.
