The layout comprises a single living space with a separate kitchen and shower room, intended for individual occupants and students.

The tenancy is restricted to people aged 18–35; age will be checked at move-in. Applicants listed in the RKI credit register are not eligible. Pets are not permitted in the building.

Financial terms: a security deposit equal to three months’ rent is required. At the signing of the lease you pay the first month’s rent plus one month’s rent in advance.
