Please note that due to an extensive renovation project planned for Sønderpark, the housing association has suspended its waiting list from January 1, 2021. This pause affects all applicants, both internal and external, resulting in longer waiting times overall, as residents need to be temporarily relocated across all departments within the association. Nevertheless, any available housing units that fall outside the scope of the rehousing process will be rented out through the usual channels.

Sønderpark is characterized by a lively, engaging community atmosphere, notably reflected through its variety of club activities within the residential area. The homes are designed as apartment buildings situated in a tranquil, park-like setting. Residents can park their vehicles on one of the designated parking lots nearby and then leisurely walk to their apartments.

The diverse urban life and train station in Ringsted are conveniently located only 900 meters from Sønderpark. Additionally, the housing department benefits from its own on-site caretaker and a large, efficiently run communal laundry facility.
