A nice room in a quiet neighbourhood :)

Only one room is being rented,i am only showcasing the rest of the house because you can use it if you want :) Dutch house which was built in 2015 and is 115 square meters, with three rooms and a bathroom with a bath upstairs, (a wardrobe in each room). A living room downstairs with a kitchen and a bathroom without a bath (underfloor heating throughout the house). I am looking for one tenant to rent a room.
The house comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and a fridge. I live here with another tenant,who is respectable and quiet and my dog, who is a 8 year-old Labrador and Dalmatian cross, very friendly and clean :)
