My name is Mads, and I am seeking a tenant to reside in my small, comfortable apartment in Nørrebro during the six months I will be working abroad.

The available room measures approximately 8 square meters and is furnished with simple wooden pieces, complemented by a French balcony. Along with the room, there is access to an open closet area located in the adjacent room.

The entire apartment spans about 65 square meters and includes a modern kitchen equipped with a washing machine. Shared spaces comprise a cozy living room that opens onto a balcony and is furnished with a TV, various entertainment equipment, a dining table, and a sofa. There is also a compact bathroom.

Situated near the picturesque lakes in central Copenhagen, the apartment benefits from proximity to multiple metro stations, bus stops, and train services all reachable within a short 5 to 10-minute walk.

Currently, a friendly, charismatic, and outgoing friend shares the apartment, someone who is easy to get along with.

The ideal tenant would be tidy, congenial, considerate, and relaxed, comfortable with sharing the living space and either employed or studying in Copenhagen or nearby areas.

Monthly rent is set at 5,000 DKK and covers Wi-Fi, water, heating, electricity, and cleaning services twice a month. The deposit required amounts to three months’ rent: two months’ rent as a deposit plus a separate month covering furniture insurance.

Smoking is permitted exclusively on the balcony, while pets are not allowed.

The preference is for a calm atmosphere during weekdays, but guests are welcome on weekends.
