Please note that due to an extensive renovation project planned for the company’s largest section, Sønderpark, the waiting list for the entire housing association has been paused starting from January 1, 2021. This suspension results in prolonged waiting periods for both internal and external applicants, as all residents across the association’s departments need to be temporarily relocated. Should any available units arise that are not related to the rehousing process, they will be rented out through the usual procedures.
