· All entrances must be locked and all electronics must be turned off at all times when leaving the property, including heating appliances, lights, etc. with the exception of the refrigerator in the kitchen, the internet and the heat pump which must be turned on during the winter season at all times and stand at a minimum of 14 degrees Celsius and all the doors inside the house must be open allowing the circulation of air to avoid frost damage.
· The property must be handed over completely cleaned and tidied when the rental period ends.
