Compact 52 m² student studio on Telegrafvej, fitted with a separate kitchen and bathroom. Monthly rent is DKK 7,200; one month’s rent is required in advance and the security deposit is DKK 21,600. A monthly prepayment for utilities of DKK 500 applies. The apartment carries an energy label A and benefits from large glazed sections that flood the living space with daylight.
