The property complex comprises 26 youth apartments, constructed between 1986 and 1990. Within the premises, there is a communal hall available for rent, as well as a laundry facility.

Location
Situated in a single-story building in the heart of Bramming, these residences are ideally suited for young students. The train station lies approximately 600 meters away, while the town center is just 200 meters from the housing.

The Apartments
This development offers rental units consisting of either one or two rooms, tailored to meet the needs of young students. Each apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and a range hood. If the unit has been prepared for the installation of a dishwasher, washing machine, or dryer, tenants are allowed to connect these appliances themselves. However, if such installations require more than simple connections, written approval from the housing association must be obtained, and any expenses incurred will be at the tenant’s own cost. Water consumption is included in the rent.

Cabling for cable TV and internet is installed, and residents can reach out to providers to select their preferred TV packages, internet speeds, and pricing. Additionally, a small communal terrace is located near Nørregade.

The Residents
This complex is particularly suitable for young students. At the annual tenant meeting, all residents participate in decisions concerning the management of the property, including rental terms and other operational matters.

Personalization and Maintenance
Tenants are free to arrange their living spaces as they wish. Should they make improvements to the apartment, they may be entitled to receive up to 100,000 DKK as compensation upon moving out. The property caretaker is responsible for maintaining the green areas and handling minor repairs within the apartments. Additionally, a designated inspector oversees ongoing maintenance throughout the complex.
