The development also provides a communal laundry, a residents' house and two guest rooms available for visiting family and friends. Pets are not allowed in the development.

Everyday necessities and local amenities are very close by: daily groceries are located directly opposite the estate, and the town's pedestrian street and other shops are within short reach. There are good public transport connections nearby, and the motorway can be reached within 5 minutes. Within the estate itself there is an activity area for children, young people and the elderly, and green areas surround the buildings. Sakskøbing has an active local community, including the annual Frugtfestival on the third weekend in September and a Christmas parade in December, and a sports hall is also located close to the area.
