There is a single room available for rent measuring 12 square meters within a two-room apartment, where I occupy the other room. Since I will be frequently traveling between two countries, I am seeking a mature, tidy, and responsible woman who will primarily be living alone in the apartment.

The room includes a large sofa that unfolds into a double bed sized 2 by 2 meters, built-in closet space, two sizable French windows, a desk with a chair, a coffee table, and a lamp.

This rental arrangement is for my personal living space and is a private agreement, not connected to any formal tenancy status or official title that others might refer to.

The room is intended for a single occupant only, and, given that this is my home, no visitors are permitted. While the rules may seem strict or dull, I am actually friendly and easygoing; I simply value peace and privacy when I am at home.

Since I am a very quiet and private individual, I expect the same attitude from the tenant. Mutual respect for the apartment and its furnishings, including careful prevention of any damage, is essential.
