Due to my frequent travels between two countries, I am seeking a mature, tidy, and dependable woman to occupy the apartment for the majority of the time while I am away.

The available space is a single room of 12 square meters within a two-room apartment, where I reside in the other room.

This room features a large sofa that can be converted into a double bed measuring 2 by 2 meters, a built-in wardrobe, two large French windows, a desk with a chair, a coffee table, and a lamp.

I am offering this room as a private rental within my own home, governed by a personal agreement rather than any formal tenant status or title.

The room is intended for one occupant only, and since this is my living space, visitors are not permitted. While this may seem strict, it reflects my preference for privacy and a peaceful atmosphere at home, not a rigid or dull attitude.

As someone who values quietness and discretion, I expect the same from the tenant. Additionally, respect for the apartment and its furnishings is essential, including careful use to avoid any damage.
