A room of approximately 9 m² is available for rent within a 117 m², four-room apartment located in Bella Tower, Ørestaden. Along with the room, you will have unrestricted use of all the apartment's modern amenities, including a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a spacious combined living and dining area, a shower equipped with a waterfall feature, and a large balcony.

You will be sharing the apartment with me. My name is Mickey, I'm 28 years old, and I work full-time at Netcompany. Music and films are a big part of my life-I enjoy dancing, socializing with friends, and drawing energy from those interactions. At the same time, I dedicate a fair amount of my free time to gaming.

I am seeking a flatmate who is roughly at the same stage in life as I am, has experience living independently, and is comfortable with occasional music playing, movie evenings, and social gatherings in the apartment.

The monthly rent covers water, heating, and internet costs. You will be responsible for half of the electricity expenses, which typically amount to about 200 DKK per month. The lease agreement is initially set for two years, with the option to extend once that period concludes. Both tenant and landlord hold a one-month notice period.
