A roommate is sought for a room in a modern apartment located on Kanalvej in Lyngby. This residence spans 131 square meters and enjoys a central position in Lyngby, with less than a five-minute walk to both Lyngbyhovedgade and the Lyngby shopping center, and it is situated only 1 kilometer from DTU. The vicinity offers a wide array of shopping venues, fitness facilities, and dining options.

According to the floor plan, the apartment features an open kitchen combined with a dining area, two bathrooms each equipped with a bathtub, and a spacious balcony. Additionally, amenities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and a storage room.

The room available costs DKK 5,900 per month, excluding electricity. It measures approximately 9 square meters and boasts two large windows that flood the space with natural light. A deposit corresponding to two months' rent, totaling DKK 11,800, is required. The monthly rent plus the advance payment for consumption covers water, heating, contents insurance, and wifi. Please note, pets are not permitted in the apartment as per the landlord's policy.

Regarding household members, Ida and I, Louise, have shared this apartment for the last two years, and our third roommate, Mikkel, is expected to move in at the start of June. To introduce ourselves: I am Louise, 22 years old, and currently a student at DTU. Cooking is one of my favorite pastimes, and I often spend considerable time studying even outside my class hours. Ida is also 22 and studies economics; she enjoys cooking and socializing with friends in her daily routine. Mikkel is 19 and will begin his studies at DTU after the summer. In his free time, he is usually found riding his motorcycle or working.

This apartment offers an environment where socializing with each other and guests is welcomed, while personal privacy is always honored when a door is closed.
