Please note that due to the upcoming extensive renovation of Sønderpark, the waiting list for the entire association has been put on hold starting from January 1, 2021. This pause results in longer waiting periods for both current residents and new applicants, as all tenants must be temporarily relocated across the association's different divisions. Should any apartments become available that are not connected to the relocation process, these will be rented out through the usual procedures.

The residences themselves are contained within multi-story buildings situated in a tranquil, park-like environment. Parking is available in designated lots throughout the neighborhood, allowing residents to park their vehicles and then walk to their homes.

The vibrant town life of Ringsted, including its train station, is conveniently located just 900 meters from Sønderpark. This local housing section benefits from its own dedicated property manager as well as a large, efficiently managed communal laundry facility.

Within Ringsted, numerous social groups are accessible to residents living in the housing association. Tenants of the Ringsted Almene Boligselskab have ongoing access to Community Guides who assist in identifying local social groups that suit individual interests and needs, positioned conveniently close to one's residence. Residents are encouraged to reach out to these guides via text message or phone call whenever they seek advice or support in starting an activity or forming a new community group.
