Looking for roomie

A roomie is wanted for a room in Lyngby in a newer apartment on Kanalvej. The apartment is 131 m2 and is centrally located in Lyngby - Less than 5 minutes' walk to Lyngbyhovedgade and Lyngby shopping center and 1 km to DTU. There is thus a sea of shopping opportunities, fitness and restaurants by the apartment.

As you can see from the floor plan, there is a kitchen-dining room, 2 bathrooms with baths in both and a large balcony. Furthermore, there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a storage room.

The room is DKK 5,900 per month e.g. It is equipped with a large cupboard and a window which throws in lots of light. The room is about 13 m2. The deposit is 1 month's rent - i.e. DKK 5,900.
In the monthly rent + A/C consumption, both water, heat, contents insurance and wifi are included.
Note: Unfortunately, the landlord does not allow pets in the apartment

Who will you be living with?
For the past two years, Ida and I (Louise) have been living in the apartment together, and our third roommate (Mikkel) will be moving in at the beginning of June.

A little about me (Louise):
I’m 22 years old and study at DTU. In my free time, I love cooking and spend a good amount of time on campus even when I’m not in class.

Ida:
I’m 22 years old and currently studying economics. In my daily life, I love cooking and spending time with my friends.

Mikkel:
I’m 19 years old and will be starting at DTU after the summer. Most days, you’ll probably find me riding my motorcycle or at work.

The apartment is a place where you can be social with each other and friends, while also fully respecting a closed door and personal space.
