Hello, new roommate!
I'm looking for someone aged 25 and above to be my new roomie. I've had a work accident, so I'm often at home due to chronic neck pain. Therefore, I'm seeking someone with a relaxed and calm personality, respectful of each other's boundaries at home. Guests are welcome, as long as there is mutual respect. Usually, just give a heads-up before having guests so the other person knows about it in good time.

I'm looking for someone aged 25 or older, as I'd like to live with someone I have more in common with for daily conversations. A social roommate, preferably with full-time studies or employment. I'm a 35-year-old man with a master's degree from CBS and previous experience working in a consulting firm before the work injury. My interests include board games and D&D; I have a small club that meets twice a month. I'm also into movies, series, fitness, nature, and appreciate having a park nearby, as well as Dyrehaven just a short S-train ride away.
It's preferable if you've had experience living with a roommate before and are willing to participate equally with me in cleaning the common areas, making it cozy for both of us.
📍 Location: Svanemøllestranden is a 5-minute bike ride away. It's about a 3-minute walk to Svanemøllen station, where there's an S-train and buses to the city center, etc.
5 minutes to the nearest Netto, but there are also other options like Rema 1000 or Coop. If you like to work out, there's a SATS nearby, and it's not far for a walk in Kildevælds- or Fælledparken.
🏠 The room: The bed in the pictures can be taken over from the previous tenant. It's a bright room with 3 windows, approximately 10 sqm. Outside the windows is a balcony over a cozy courtyard where you can grill or play pétanque. The room has a built-in wardrobe for clothes and storage, dimensions are approximately 120 cm wide and 60 cm deep. There's a shared kitchen/living room for both of us to use. Additionally, there's a bike cellar and a laundry room with an app.
💰 Rent: The rent for the room is 5,000 DKK, including water, heating, electricity, and internet. A deposit of 1 month's rent and 2 months' prepaid rent.
Smoking and pets are not allowed, unfortunately.
📅 Availability: The room is available from 1/4, with the possibility of moving in earlier. The lease period is 1 year with the option to extend.
