The complex comprises a total of 26 residential units designed for young tenants, constructed between 1986 and 1990. Within the property, there is a communal hall available for rent as well as an on-site laundry facility.

Situated in a single-story building located in the heart of Bramming, these accommodations are ideally suited for students. The train station lies just 600 meters away, while the town center can be reached in approximately 200 meters.

The residences offer either one- or two-room layouts tailored for student living. Each apartment includes essential kitchen appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, and extractor hood. If the unit is equipped for a dishwasher, washing machine, or tumble dryer, tenants are permitted to connect these appliances themselves. Any installation beyond simple connection—for example, plumbing or electrical work related to these devices—requires prior written approval from the housing association and must be financed by the tenant. Water consumption costs are incorporated into the rent.

There are outlets for both cable television and internet access already installed. Tenants can reach out directly to service providers to select preferred TV channels, internet speeds, and corresponding prices. Additionally, a small shared terrace is available at Nørregade 19 for residents’ use.

The housing group is primarily intended for young students. During the annual residents’ meeting, all inhabitants collectively decide on matters concerning the property's management, including rent adjustments and operational issues.

Tenants have full freedom to furnish and customize their apartments as they wish. Enhancements made to the home can qualify for a reimbursement of up to DKK 100,000 upon moving out.
