As we will be traveling abroad over fall/winter, we are subletting our fantastic apartment in the city center, Copenhagen K, from May 1st 2025 to February 1, 2026.

The apartment is 88 m2 and is located on Løngangstræde; less than 300 meters from the Town Hall Square, and a 5-minute bike ride from both Nørreport and the Central Station. It has two rooms - a large living room and a bedroom with a (small) walk-in closet, as well as a spacious bathroom.

It's newly renovated, well soundproofed, and equipped with underfloor heating, a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, and ventilation system, and is located in a courtyard, providing quiet evenings.

The apartment has high ceilings, large windows, and a French balcony, inviting plenty of light. It's perfect for a couple or a single who wants to experience everything the city has to offer, without compromising on a high living standard. We have lived here for 5 years, and we are very happy with it.

The apartment is sublet fully furnished, which we hope the subtenant will lovingly care for :-)

The apartment is sublet for 13,800 DKK per month, excluding utilities. Utilities are typically around 1000kr/month.

Please note that the rental period is fixed, and non-terminable.
