Situated in a child-friendly area on the outskirts of Gelsted, these homes come with a carport and a storage shed. The Fredensgade area includes family homes alongside three student apartments. These single-story terraced houses, constructed in 1989, offer manageable private gardens and are centrally positioned in Gelsted, with proximity to shopping facilities, schools, daycare centers, and the regional train line running between Odense and Fredericia.

This housing area lies at the heart of Gelsted, conveniently close to shopping options and public transportation. Gelsted itself is located between Ejby and Årup within Middelfart municipality, approximately 30 kilometers west of Odense. The available dwellings are either two- or three-room units, all furnished with a stove and refrigerator, and heated through district heating. Two of the homes include access to a carport.

The community features a diverse mix of residents, encompassing young people, seniors, and families, fostering a strong neighborhood spirit.
