The property complex consists of 36 single-story townhouses, each featuring a private terrace and garden, alongside six apartment units situated within an old merchant's courtyard that underwent urban renewal a decade ago. Within the development, there are also four youth apartments available. All residences are well-maintained. Residents have access to a communal clubhouse as well as shared laundry facilities.

To qualify for a youth apartment within the Faaborg-Midtfyn Housing Association, applicants must be currently engaged in education-this could include attending school, an apprenticeship, or similar programs-and are required to provide proof of enrollment when signing the lease agreement. The rental term is limited to the duration of the educational commitment.

Located in the town of Ryslinge, the housing area benefits from proximity to various amenities such as shops, schools, and kindergartens. Renting a youth apartment remains restricted to individuals currently enrolled in education who can present valid documentation, with leases being time-limited accordingly.

Maintenance tasks for communal green spaces and minor repairs within the homes are managed by the property caretaker.
