Marie and I are currently looking to welcome a third person to join our small shared household.

We live in a modern four-room apartment located on the 2nd floor (with elevator access) at Frederikssundsvej 184 in Brønshøj. The apartment spans 110 square meters and features a spacious, contemporary kitchen combined with a living area, a private balcony, two bathrooms, as well as a washing and drying machine, dishwasher, fiber internet, and an individual ventilation system. The building was completed in November 2021, making this a fairly new residence. Included with the apartment are indoor bicycle storage, a storage room, and access to the building's 466 square meter rooftop terrace, which is perfect for relaxing with a grill and cold drinks in the sun. Utterslev Mose, a scenic natural area ideal for walks and nature outings, is conveniently situated nearby.

This peaceful neighborhood is still centrally located, offering easy access to essential amenities. Grocery stores are only about 100 meters away, and the bus stop-serviced frequently and day and night by lines 2A and 5C-is a mere 30 meters from the door. It takes approximately eight minutes by bike to reach the metro and S-train stations. Please note that keeping pets in the apartment is not permitted.

The available room measures 7.3 square meters and includes a built-in wardrobe and a window overlooking the courtyard. Monthly rent is 5,900.18 DKK, which covers advance payments for water, heating, and electricity. Upon signing the lease, a deposit equivalent to three months' rent, one month's prepaid rent, and the first month's rent must be paid. Internet costs are shared equally among the three tenants. The total initial move-in cost amounts to 27,364.9 DKK, excluding the internet fee.

We are hoping to find someone kind and friendly who enjoys living in a community where people engage and care about each other. Ideally, you will be between 23 and 33 years old, have prior experience living with others, and, like us, appreciate a calm, clean, and tidy living environment. All genders are welcome.

To introduce ourselves, Marie is 29 and the quirky "cat lady" of the apartment-though she currently owns no cats. She spends much of her time crocheting and knitting and is always up for a board game or other cozy activities. She is also pursuing a master's degree in Learning and Change Processes. I'm Jeppe, 28 years old, studying food science. When I'm not busy with studies, I work and enjoy time with my partner. My interests include experimenting with cocktails and cooking, and I'm often involved in some kind of project on my computer.
