These residences are distributed among charming villages on North Funen, set in tranquil and beautiful natural surroundings about 20 kilometers from Odense city center. The cooperative's portfolio includes inviting and bright row houses and apartments scattered across the villages of Søndersø, Særslev, Hårslev, Morud, Veflinge, and Skamby. Tenants are welcome to rent one of the many shared facilities offered by the cooperative. Additionally, convenient parking is available at all housing locations.

In Søndersø, situated in the northwest part of Funen, there is a cozy senior living community made up of red brick terraced houses built in 2003. Adjacent communal rooms can be borrowed free of charge for celebrations. The housing offers good parking close to the dwellings and there is a shared outdoor shed available for storing bicycles and mopeds. Each residence also has its own storage shed. Surrounding these row houses are lovely green common areas that include a flagpole and a shared terrace with tables, chairs, and parasols.

Disability-accessible row houses within the cooperative are located in Morud, Veflinge, and Særslev, all surrounded by pleasant green communal spaces equipped with table and bench sets. Residents can rent various shared rooms offered by the cooperative. With permission from the Service Center, one existing pet is allowed per household, but no new pets may be acquired.

The care home in Søndersø is set in a beautiful green area and provides residents with access to the delightful shared outdoor spaces furnished with table and bench sets. There are common rooms available for use as well as the option to rent other shared facilities maintained by the cooperative.

Another care home, located on Vesterled, offers bright and accessible apartments furnished with inviting kitchenettes that include a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The spacious bathrooms are designed to comfortably accommodate mobility aids such as rollators or wheelchairs. Each unit has access to a small private terrace plus shared green outdoor areas.

Row houses situated in Otterup's lovely natural setting, approximately 15 kilometers from Odense, are surrounded by attractive communal green spaces. Every unit includes a personal storage shed and access to either a garden or terrace. Convenient parking is available nearby. The cooperative also provides a shared room that can accommodate 24 people, in addition to access to other shared facilities. Tenants may keep pets that were already acquired before moving in, but obtaining new pets during the tenancy is not permitted.

Similarly, the terraced houses in Otterup's green environment offer personal storage sheds and access to gardens and terraces. Parking is available close to the homes. The communal room in this area can also hold up to 24 persons and residents may also use the cooperative's other shared rooms. At the Damløkken site, existing pets are allowed under the tenancy, but no new pets can be brought in. In contrast, the Hedemarken location does not permit pets at all.

Kirkestræde is a charming, old half-timbered building with three floors, constructed around 1870, located just a stone's throw from the water. The property exudes character and warmth, complemented by a cozy courtyard featuring tables and chairs for relaxing summer evenings. It includes shared bike storage and a communal tool shed. There is a parking lot on the premises with space for eight vehicles, along with additional parking available on nearby streets.

The local area of Morud is a pleasant and popular town offering convenient access to amenities such as schools, kindergartens, a grocery store, and bus stops. It also benefits from being only 8 kilometers away from a motorway entrance, allowing a 25-minute commute to Odense city center.
