The housing offers good parking close to the dwellings and there is a shared outdoor shed available for storing bicycles and mopeds. Each residence also has its own storage shed. Surrounding these row houses are lovely green common areas that include a flagpole and a shared terrace with tables, chairs, and parasols.
Disability-accessible row houses within the cooperative are located in Morud, Veflinge, and Særslev, all surrounded by pleasant green communal spaces equipped with table and bench sets. The cooperative also provides a shared room that can accommodate 24 people, in addition to access to other shared facilities. Tenants may keep pets that were already acquired before moving in, but obtaining new pets during the tenancy is not permitted.
Similarly, the terraced houses in Otterup's green environment offer personal storage sheds and access to gardens and terraces. Parking is available close to the homes. The communal room in this area can also hold up to 24 persons and residents may also use the cooperative's other shared rooms. At the Damløkken site, existing pets are allowed under the tenancy, but no new pets can be brought in. In contrast, the Hedemarken location does not permit pets at all.
Kirkestræde is a charming, old half-timbered building with three floors, constructed around 1870, located just a stone's throw from the water. The property exudes character and warmth, complemented by a cozy courtyard featuring tables and chairs for relaxing summer evenings. It includes shared bike storage and a communal tool shed. There is a parking lot on the premises with space for eight vehicles, along with additional parking available on nearby streets.
