Looking for a calm, steady home with a pleasant atmosphere? We have a room available on the ground floor of our bright apartment, situated right by Bella Center metro station. The setting is quiet and green, yet you are only a 5-minute metro ride from Indre By/central Copenhagen, and regional trains are just around the corner.
The room itself is approximately 9 m² and includes access to additional storage space. It is rented furnished; you only need to bring your own duvet, pillow, and bedsheets. Rent is 5,000 DKK plus 800 DKK in aconto (all-inclusive covering electricity, water, heating, internet, insurance, laundry, and streaming services). Deposit is two months' rent, totalling 10,000 DKK. The apartment comes equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There is bicycle and motorcycle parking in the courtyard; please note that there is no free car parking (paid parking costs approximately 250 DKK per day). As the kitchen is already fully equipped, we prefer that you do not bring kitchenware unless it is a specific appliance you use frequently.
