I am renting out a room in the Øresund area. The apartment totals 115 kvm and is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, plus an east-facing balcony. There is a spacious kitchen-dining area and a large bathroom. In the basement you have access to a depot/storage room. The rent is 8000 kr, incl a conto, electricity, internet and various streaming services. The location is excellent: it is a 10 min walk from Amager Beach and Christianshavn, with 2 metro stations within 650 m. If you prefer cycling, it takes about 10 min to bike to Kongens Nytorv.

A bit about me: I am 28 years old and work full time in Nykredit. I live with my French Bulldog, Conrad, who is 8 years old; he is very quiet and loves to cuddle. I also have a boyfriend who lives on Bornholm; I see him mainly on weekends, either when he is in Copenhagen or when Conrad and I go to Bornholm. I don't have high demands of a flatmate beyond being comfortable with a dog in the apartment, respecting a closed door and helping to keep the shared spaces tidy and clean. I hope we can be friendly and social, cook together occasionally or share a glass of wine now and then.
