Housing Company Fyn presents a selection of student accommodations located centrally in Ringe at Fruelundsvej. The properties consist primarily of single-story row houses, each featuring a shared entrance area equipped with wardrobe lockers and separate main entrances for two individual units. Additionally, Fruelundsvej includes Building E, a former two-story “poorhouse” that contains seven apartments spread across both floors. These units tend to be more spacious compared to the other accommodations on the street. Each apartment comprises one room along with a kitchenette, which is fitted with a fridge-freezer, separate hotplates, and a ventilation hood. The bathrooms are generously sized and feature vinyl flooring, with units E6 and E7 benefitting from bathrooms that also contain windows.

The residences are surrounded by pleasant green spaces, providing residents with opportunities to socialize outdoors. A shared, locked bicycle shed is also available on site for tenants’ use. Keeping small pets such as birds, fish, guinea pigs, and rabbits is permitted; however, reptiles and other exotic animals are prohibited. Dogs and cats are generally not allowed, except in one specific apartment without a shared entrance (Fruelundsvej 1E, E3). Special permission for pet exceptions can be requested through the service center.

Situated in the heart of Ringe, the location offers a harmonious blend of urban amenities and natural surroundings. Residents benefit from a charming main street featuring a broad selection of shops, grocery stores, and dining options. The town boasts a vibrant cultural and community scene with facilities like Ringe Cinema, a swimming pool, athletics stadium, and leisure center. The scenic Ringe Lake provides the setting for various running events and invites leisurely walks amid diverse birdlife. Families find Ringe appealing due to its extensive childcare options, including a nature-focused kindergarten, and several nearby schools. The town has convenient access to the motorway, placing Odense and Svendborg within about a 15-minute drive. For those without a car, regional trains from Ringe station offer easy connections to both cities.

These student housing units are reserved for individuals who are currently enrolled in or admitted to an educational program, allowing tenancy throughout the duration of study. Moving out must occur no later than three months after completion of the education. Registering on the waiting list for the student accommodations is free of charge.
