The complex comprises a total of 26 student apartments, constructed between 1986 and 1990. Within the community, residents have access to a rentable function hall as well as a laundry facility.

Situated in a single-story building in the center of Bramming, these accommodations are especially suitable for young students. The train station lies approximately 600 meters away, while the town center is just 200 meters from the residences.

The available rentals include both one- and two-room apartments designed for student living. Each unit is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and exhaust hood. Should the lease be prepared for a dishwasher, washing machine, or dryer, tenants are welcome to install these appliances themselves. However, if installation requires more than simple connection, prior written permission from the housing association is mandatory, and all costs must be borne by the tenant. Water consumption fees are incorporated into the rent. Cable TV and internet outlets are installed; tenants may select their preferred providers, channels, internet speeds, and associated costs independently. A small communal terrace is accessible on Nørregade.

The residence is well-suited for young scholars, and every year, all residents participate in a meeting to decide on matters related to the management of the complex, including rent adjustments and operational concerns.

Maintenance of the grounds and minor in-apartment repairs are handled by the building's on-site caretaker. Additionally, there is a property manager responsible for overseeing the ongoing upkeep of the property.

This property is part of a general housing association, therefore the danish rules for such applies.
