Charming 2-room furnished apartment

Since we are traveling abroad for a while, we want to rent out our nice apartment in Øgaden in Aalborg.

The rental period is from 1/10/2023 to 1/4/2024. The end date is flexible.

The apartment is a 2-room apartment located in a well-maintained property in Øgaden. It's about 20 minutes on foot to the center and 5-7 minutes from shopping. There are good bus connections close to the apartment.

In the apartment there is a new kitchen with dishwasher and a toilet/bath. There is a large living/dining room and a spacious bedroom with a desk. Moreover, we rent out the apartment with all of our furniture - just ready to move in. A parking license for a car in the yard is included and there are also free parking spaces on the street. In the yard there is also bicycle parking and a bicycle cellar. There are washing machines and tumble dryers in the basement.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood only 2 min. walk from Østre Anlæg.
