A compact one-room flat on Preben Kaas' Vænge in Frederiksberg, 35 m² with a monthly rent of DKK 8,800. The unit is offered as student housing: tenants must be actively enrolled in, or have applied to, an approved course of study. Applicants with a registration in the Danish debtor registry (RKI) cannot be accepted. Pets are not permitted. Upfront payments include a security deposit equal to three months’ rent, the first month’s rent, and one month’s rent paid in advance.

The building is recently constructed and includes modern conveniences: a lift, resident parking (including a property-linked parking permit), and private kitchens and bathrooms in each apartment.
