We are renting out our bright and well designed two-room apartment in Bagsværd for a period of 5 years, with the possibility of extending the lease afterward. The apartment was previously rented to a young couple. After three years, they are now ready for new adventures – and therefore the apartment has become available

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a quiet area, about a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Bagsværd Lake. There are stairs but no elevator. The layout includes an open kitchen living area and a large bedroom with a spacious walk in closet offering plenty of room for clothes, shoes, and storage. The living room has large windows and direct access to a cozy balcony.

The kitchen is functional and equipped with a fridge with freezer, stovetop, oven, and dishwasher. The bedroom is generously sized with space for both a bed and a desk. From here, you have a view of Bagsværd Tennis Club as well as the football and athletics fields. The room is quiet and undisturbed, as there is no traffic noise—and there are no apartments above.

The bathroom is spacious and simply designed with a shower, sink, and toilet. It is older but fully functional and easy to keep clean.

The apartment includes a private basement storage room and its own parking space. Additionally, there are shared basement facilities with large washing machines, a dryer, and ample space for bicycles and extra storage.

The apartment is close to Netto, Normal, Meny, and Bibliografen. Bagsværd Hovedgade is just a two minute walk away and offers charming shops, cafés, and restaurants. It is only a three minute walk to the S train, which takes you to Nørreport in about 25 minutes. There are also bus connections to both Lyngby and DTU at the same distance.
