19 minutes with the S-train to Nørreport station or a 25 minutes bike-ride to the center of Nørrebro
Approx 20 minutes to DTU (the Danish Technical University) in Lyngby by bus or bike. DTU is located 6.5 kilometers from here.

Your new place?
Room in lovely spacious house in Søborg with a cozy garden and terraces. The commen area in the house includes a big kitchen, a livingroom and a bathroom which is shared with one other tenant. Facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is equipped with dish washer, oven, microwave oven, fridge and all other kitchen stuff. Stores nearby: Kvickly and Coop 365 Discount.
The room is rented out (without furniture) from the 1st of April 2026. (We do have an extra table, bed etc. if needed) – You will have a separate entry / door to your part of the house. Deposit: 2 months of rent. Rent is 5,000 DKK all inclusive (internet, Netflix and Disney channel etc.). We want to rent out the room for a longer period of time as per rental agreement.

Some information about the landlords:
We are a couple (2 guys) Christian and Henrik, who bought our house 6 years ago. As persons we are very fair, relaxed, we like a good sense of humor, we love traveling, we enjoy a good party – but we are otherwise very calm and we both have to attend full-time jobs within finance.

Part of the reason for renting out the room is that we like socializing / meeting new people - maybe do some barbeques together or have a nice chat with a glass of red wine in the kitchen / watch a movie together on Netflix / play board games etc.

We hope that you have some time for social activities as well but as a tenant you will have your own part of the house and it is up to you to decide how much time you have for social activities. We fully understand the need for studying and preparation for exams as we have both been students ourselves.

We prefer a tenant who is a non-smoker, male and student. It is also a plus if you are part of the rainbow segment (like ourselves).
